What kind of organizations do you typically work with?
We work with privately-held companies, family businesses, and leadership teams at organizations ranging from 20 to 200 employees. Most of our clients are based in Thailand, though some have operations across Southeast Asia. The common thread is a leadership team that wants structured outside perspective — not a team looking for someone to tell them what to do.
How long does a consulting engagement typically take?
This depends on the service. Leadership Alignment is delivered across 3–5 workshops, typically spanning 4–6 weeks. A Business Health Assessment usually takes 2–3 weeks from initial interviews to final debrief. Growth Planning runs 4–6 weeks. We pace engagements to avoid overwhelming leadership teams while maintaining momentum.
Do you implement changes, or only provide recommendations?
Our core work is diagnostic and advisory. We surface information, facilitate structured conversations, and provide organized recommendations. Implementation is carried out by your team, which we believe leads to more durable outcomes than solutions imposed from outside. That said, we remain available for follow-up questions during the period after delivery.
How is pricing structured for each service?
Each engagement is priced as a fixed fee: Leadership Alignment at ฿45,000, Business Health Assessment at ฿28,500, and Growth Planning at ฿58,000. Fees cover all workshop facilitation, analysis, report preparation, and one debrief session. There are no retainer requirements or ongoing fees unless you choose to continue working together.
Is our information kept confidential?
Confidentiality is fundamental to the consulting relationship. All information shared during an engagement — documents, financial data, personal observations from team members — is treated as strictly confidential. We are willing to sign an NDA before any substantive conversations take place if that is your preference.
Can we start with a single service and engage further later?
Absolutely. Each service is designed to be self-contained. Many clients begin with a Business Health Assessment to establish a clear picture before pursuing Leadership Alignment or Growth Planning. There is no obligation to continue beyond any single engagement, and we do not structure our pricing to reward volume over depth.
